I 've just know this morning about Ajarn Preda
It's very bad news & I 'm very sorry that Our Faculty
has lost the good Doctor
About our meeting I think it 's better that Piya choose our Jongjin 's room to ne the meting room
next week I'll go to BKK for elective at Rama Hospital so Piya! if U want some help from me

Hi there
Are there any program that teach BLS or even ALS course to fireman, policeman or anyone that work in the scene of trauma, or response to 911 call for the sick people?
The thing is my uncle pass away because of C-spine injury and spinal cord injury...even the doctor in ER in private hospital in Thailand can not detect C-spine injury!
Isn't that we all know truama with head injury you have to exclude c-spine and have to stabilized it.
In this country ,I don't think c-spine injury will be the cause of death...well if it is that physician will be in trouble.
well I just would like to know your opinion about this esp. you guys that work in the minister of health.
because number one cause of death still be accident, eventhough the good thing is to prevent it not to happen by encourage no drunk driver, restraint passenger, but how good we are in the first aids.

Note, I'm sorry about your uncle. My aunt also passed away from the car accident several years ago. It's absolutely true that Thai rescue team lack the knowledge of good casualities trasferring system. But it's Thailand,even the nurses, many don't know about that. So don't be surprised to see the picture of a PorTekTung guys dragging the body of survivors in a very strange way.
Anyway, what happened to our friends??? how come they all have a number after their name? Hong-500 making me think of Jone (thief) 500 ...heheh.. and what about Mam, 40 & 50 stand for what? ;P
